Simply browse the "Sports & Turfs" or "Esports & Gaming" sections, select your desired venue, pick an available date and time slot from their live calendar, and pay securely online to confirm your booking instantly.

Yes! You do not need a full membership to work out. Sportal allows you to book an available daily training slot at the cheapest prices for a single day. You can also purchase long-term gym memberships if you prefer. Both options are available on the fitness venue's profile.

No. Free venues and public community grounds are listed purely as an informational directory so you know where to play locally. Sportal does not own these grounds, and you cannot reserve or hold space at them through our app.

Absolutely. As long as the venue's live calendar shows an open slot for today, you can book and reserve it instantly through the Sportal platform.

Sportal makes finding opponents easy! You can use our automated Matchmaking system by entering your preferences, or you can post an "Open Challenge" to a public feed where local players and teams can accept your invite to play.

Just by playing! Create an account, join matches via Matchmaking or Open Challenges, and build your profile. Your identity is shaped by your match history and your Sportsmanship Score (SS), which is based on fair play and opponent ratings.

The SS is a rating out of 100 that shows how reliable and fair a player is. It rewards consistent participation and heavily penalizes players who frequently dispute match results. It helps ensure the Sportal community remains toxic-free!

You can upgrade your profile by purchasing the "Pro Player" subscription plan from your account dropdown menu. This grants you a shiny Golden Profile Card and special discounts!

Go to your dashboard and click "Create Tournament." You can set the sport, format (Knockout, League, etc.), select a venue, and choose whether it's for teams or individuals.

Browse the Tournaments page, select an event you like, and click "Join." If it's a paid tournament, you will pay your entry fee securely through the app, and your slot will be locked directly into the tournament bracket.

Sportal holds all entry fees securely in an automated escrow system. Once the tournament organizer submits the final match results and the tournament concludes, the system automatically releases the prize pool. The exact prize amounts are instantly credited to the Sportal wallets of the winning and runner-up captains/players, exactly as defined in the tournament's original prize distribution.

Yes, if a tournament is formally canceled in the app before it begins, or if the system marks it as "Forfeited" (e.g., not having enough players to fill the bracket), all participating users will receive a full, automatic refund of their entry fees. However, if the tournament officially starts in the system but physically fails to take place, is disrupted, or a mishap occurs on-site, Sportal will not issue automatic refunds. In such cases, the physical execution of the event is 100% the venue's legal and operational responsibility, and users must resolve the dispute directly with the venue management.
