Sportal collects basic user data (Name, Phone Number, Email) necessary for account creation and booking facilitation. We only collect what is absolutely required to provide our services.

We utilize secure, encrypted servers to protect User and Venue data. Payment information is handled securely by our licensed payment gateway partners (e.g., Payfast) and is not stored directly on Sportal servers.
3Data Sharing
Sportal does not sell user data to third parties. We only share necessary booking details (Name, Phone Number) with the specific Venue you have booked so they can fulfill your reservation.
